Returns On Product (ROP) General Returns
We do accept returns providing item is returned within 7 days of receipt in same condition it left us in.
Faulty Goods Policy
If your product is unfortunate enough to develop a fault, all faulty items will be exchanged, but please note return postage must be met initially by the customer, if the item returned is then found to be faulty when TechnologyplanetUK receive it back then the postage cost will be refunded to you.
At present we do not offer a return collection service.
All working laptops/computers are covered by a 30 day RTB Warranty, however any item listed & sold as faulty will not be covered by our warranty, for obvious reasons, thank you.

Ive changed my mind & want to cancel can I do this?
Yes, should you change your mind and wish to return your goods then postage must be met by you, the customer. All refunds are processed within 10 days of the return being received back, and will be refunded back to the original payment method, or a cheque will be issued.
No refunds will be given after 28 days has elapsed.
