How Much Will It Cost?

Orders to be delivered to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands) using our Standard Delivery option are charged at a rate of £2.59 per order some products are £3.99 & £8.99 for more expensive products but this will be displayed at the checkout as to the exact amount due.

Delivery to outlying areas and/or delivery of bulky/heavy items may incur additional charges. Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose.

The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

How Long Will It Take?

Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Orders to be delivered to a UK mainland address using our Citylink Express Delivery option are charged at a higher rate dependent on the volume and weight of the order. Express Delivery charges start from £8.49 per order.

Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose.

The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

How Long Will It Take?

We aim to process Express orders within 1 working day and they are then despatched on a next working day delivery service. Express orders are given priority over orders with Standard delivery. However selecting Express delivery does not guarantee that you will receive your order the next working day.

The website will calculate the cost of international shipping according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country.

How Long Will It Take?

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures.

Approximate guide is as follows:

Europe - 4 to 6 working days
USA and Canada - 7 to 10 working days
Far East and Australia - 12 to 14 working days
Rest of World - up to 28 working days

Faulty Goods

All faulty items will be exchanged, return postage is paid by the customer, once we test the retuned item we will determine if you will be reimbursed for your return postage cost. At present we do not offer a return collection service.

All working computer/laptop systems are covered by a 28 day warranty, any item listed & sold as faulty will not be covered by our warranty.

I’m in the EU and I’m VAT registered can I be exempt from paying VAT?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes We do ship worldwide We charge a default shipping fee of £8.98 for items of 1KG and below.

I’ve changed my mind & want to cancel?

Should you change your mind and wish to return your purchase then postage is to be paid by the customer, all refunds are processed within 7 working days of the return being received back, and will be refunded back to the original payment method, or a cheque will be issued.

International Customers

Please note TechnologyplanetUK is not responsible for customs confiscation you must make the required checks to see if your able to import any laser pen from this site, we will not refund any orders subsequently confiscated by customs.
